Grain bill

71.7% Maris otter

14.15% aromatic

7.55% pale chocolate malt

6.6% flaked oats (sorry kids – no porridge tomorrow!)

 

Hops

0.7g per litre Bravo (14.6% AA) @60 mins

1.1g per litre Centennial (9.4% AA) @ 10 mins

1.1g per litre Centennial (9.4% AA) into the cube

1.1g per litre Centennial (9.4% AA) dry hop for five days before bottling

 

Yeast

2nd generation pitch of M44 west coast ale yeast (500g yeast slurry)

 

Mash @ 66 degrees and no chill. Ferment at 19 degrees
